My only "complaint" is that during my stay members of the China Football National Team held an event at the hotel and for a few days it felt like an armed encampment. It was understandable but off putting nonetheless.

I did not stay at this hotel, a person hacked into my account, stole my rewards and personal information to make this booking. To Hotels.com: I am extremely disappointed for not dealing with this matter with more urgency and provide a response in regards to a compromised account.

超赞 Great impression upon arrival. Welcoming & hospitable front counter staff. Nice & clean room. It’s a pity that I faced problem to connect with the Bluetooth speaker in the room. Helpful & friendly concierge. Sumptuous breakfast with vast varieties & selections. It will be great if a coffee machine can be provided in the room. Definitely coming back again. Please keep up the good work!
