This hotel is fabulous very clean and the staff is very friendly.

Staff at the Pullman are amazing!

Liked it all, stay, dinner, breakfast and free scuttle.......which we could not use on day of departure to cruise terminal, owing to luggage. We took uber. Hopefully we get opportunity to revisit Capetown again. Warm rgds John and Nadia. P's. Shower water could have been hotter.

The room was always clean, staff very helpful and hotel is well situated.

Very good hotel. Best to turn right on leaving the hotel and head west if you’re on foot, the area to the left near the station is a bit sketchy. Or book an Uber

Enjoyable Stay Overall - We stayed @ Pullman for a week. Attractive hotel, comfortable, clean and nice amenities. Hotel is situated in business district which allowed easy access to stores, restaurants and not far from V&A Waterfront. The Welcoming Staff are awesome. Always helpful throughout our entire stay. Lounge/Deck area is quite nice for cocktails, TV viewing and socializing. The dining area is large and the Breakfast Buffet was VERY Delicious with several options to choose from. I would most definitely stay again. Only suggestion is that the housekeeping staff needed to be reminded to leave appropriate number of face & body cloths and bath towels. If you're from outside of the country, keep in mind that your ordering customs (food, coffee, etc) may be different from theirs, i.e., black coffee may only be expresso and the amount served is an expresso shot, not a cup of coffee. Also, we were told they had an adapter for phone charging, etc, but did not. They kept telling us they didn't arrive-after 2nd day, we just bought a few. Overall, we definitely enjoyed our stay at Pullman.
