First, the entire staff were amazing. Professional, friendly, helpful during our entire stay. Only one real issue to make people aware of, if they decide to stay here. We had the standard room, which was fine, but the bathroom, if you have any mobility issues it might concern you. There is a one foot (12”) step up into a small bathroom, but the issue is with the bathtub. You have to lift your leg high to step over and into a deep tub, with no handrails anywhere to hold onto. If the bathtub floor is wet, it can feel a bit slippery, so be careful. I can only imagine how hard it would be to get you out of it and the bathroom to take you to the hospital. Pillows are thin and not very good, but the bed is alright. Very convenient to trains, buses, taxis, which is a major plus. Lots of places to eat, especially American restaurants. Go out the other exit of the train station, there is a great grocery store there. We will stay there again.
