Awesome view of the Matterhorn from the balcony! Multiple room apartment, bedroom for parents and bedroom for kids was perfect! Excellent location near the train station, downtown, and restaurants.

Overall great experience at Hotel Ambassador. The property is very neat and clean, and the staff is wonderful and helpful. Best of all, it's located right next to the train station, restaurants, and shopping market. Perfect place to stay in Zermatt!

Customer service was excellent

Our room was very clean and comfortably large. The location was outstanding, being conveniently close to the train station and Main Street with it being load or overly touristy. The staff were very friendly and helpful and the breakfast was a great start to each day! We were visiting during the epic European heat wave and while the hotel did not have air conditioning the doors to the balconies were convenient and easy to keep open to create a draft. Thick curtains kept the sun out during the day to keep the room from warming too much. This was our favorite hotel from our Switzerland trip visiting 4 different hotels.

Close to train station… older hotel - good size room - knew there was no AC… but didn’t expect a heatwave so room was a little uncomfortable even with balcony door left open… A little overpriced for what you get… but it is Zermatt in the summer

The entire experience with the ambassador hotel was excellent! It was also located within 2 blocks of the train station.
