Very friendly and helpful staff. The space in apartment was exceptional. Rooms are on a courtyard so sound reverberates, but that's city living. Love the location with easy access to fun cafes and shops. Seems to be very family friendly. Would book again!

We used this property as a based for our recent trip to Paris. We are a family of four with two young adult children. The apartment is in an excellent location with easy access to the metro. There are loads of restaurants, bars and cafés on your doorstep. The hosts were welcoming and very friendly. The property is a lovely, typically Parisienne apartment building. Our apartment was on the second the floor and access via a fairly narrow set of stairs. For us this added to the charm but I could understand some people may struggle with the stairs, there are no elevators. The interior of the apartment had some nice period features but it was a little basic. There was a small separate kitchen which was perfectly adequate for our needs. Two good sized bedrooms and a large living room. The couch also doubles as a pull out bed so we could easily have slept 6. Overall, a good place to stay for a few days in Paris. I would book this accommodation again.

Wonderful location and lovely apartment

Fully stocked kitchen. Staff was amazing. The rooms, bathrooms living room and kitchen were all clean. The heater in the second bedroom didnt work but had heat it the living room that worked well and an extra blanket. The washer/dryer stopped working and left our clothes wet which was not good. They provided a bag to put them in.

Really good stay. Great to have more space than a hotel room. Good location. Helpful staff.

This was one of the best apartments we’ve ever stayed in. Clean, authentic, and very spacious. We traveled with our 3 kids and we had tons of space. (Two bedrooms and one child on a very comfortable pull out couch) Great location. Helpful staff. (Willing to help with questions, lent us chargers, stored luggage easily, etc.) would 100 percent stay here again. Lots of restaurants within walking distance. Near the metro. 10/10

Nice lodging with lots of space! My reccomendation definitely goes to Jose, the staff manager that helped me. I booked last minute and he did everything he could to check me in asap; making sure everything was clean and ready for a swift move in. He is very kind; I wanted to do my laundry, but my unit didn’t have a washer/dryer. What he did instead was do my laundry for me…and even folded it. Honestly, hats off to this man. Very good service.

This is the second time we've stayed at this property. My return speaks volumes. This property is very well kept, clean, and the management is very helpful and friendly. It's 9th arrondissement location is very convenient and is near many attractions, restaurants, and transportation options are good. Very reasonable price for the size of the property. The only con is that this is an old building and their wooden floors are very thin. I can hear people talking and walking around upstairs and both times I've stayed, I was awoken by loud guests upstairs. Some people just need to learn to be more considerate. I can see myself return to this property during cooler months as I have been, but can't see myself staying during the hot summer months since I dont see any air conditioning. I will return again in the future for our family stays since this property offers two bedroom apartments.

This property was excellent in all ways. The building and apartments are uniquely Paris in design. The location was so convenient to everything one needs. The staff was kind and helpful. I highly recommend this property for a stay in Paris.
