I had a very pleasant stay at Hotel LiveMax Asaka. The check-in process was smooth and efficient, and the staff were polite, professional, and welcoming throughout my stay. The room was clean, comfortable, and well maintained, with everything I needed for a short business trip. The hotel offers excellent value for money, especially considering its convenient location close to Asaka Station, making it easy to travel to central Tokyo. Having stayed at several Hotel LiveMax properties, I can say that this one stands out because of its friendly service and hassle-free experience. I would definitely stay here again and would happily recommend it to anyone looking for an affordable and comfortable hotel in the area.

Friendly staff.

There were so many spots that had a mold iltha t you can only find when your eye level is lower and take a bath. They can not be found when you clean up the bathroom when your eye level is high. Typically most Japanese take a bath, it can be cleaner. Also, corner of the carpet, gap between the desk and wall had a pile of dust. They are so obvious because the carpet colore is black.

It's Japan everything is perfect..

Clean, not small for solo traveler. Value for money. 部屋はかなりきれいで、そこまで狭くなかった。 価格からしたら大満足です。

Short walk from train station to hotel, a couple of convenience store along the way. The room was good for solo traveler and wifi was good so overall was ok simple stay

Very friendly staff, clean rooms

The hotel was clean and tidy. Would have appreciated a little flexibility on checking in a few minutes early, but apart from that all good and decent value.
