Excellent. 2 minute walk from the airport terminal. Very friendly staff and happy to arrange a late checkin following flight delays. The hotel is small, stylish and immaculately clean. I like everything about it.

Unique agritourism hotel across from Umbria airport. Beautiful gardens, large rooms, nice dining. Suggest to rent a car at the airport and drive to Assisi and other towns. Landscape is beautiful.
Only con for this hotel is there is no lift so if you have heavy suitcases it is difficult.
Property also has lovely pool and sitting areas.
Restaurant serves same menu each day so if you are staying many days food is limited.
If you are going to Assisi I recommend the PicNic restaurant which is on your way from the hotel. Excellent food but make reservations!

This is a lovely hotel right next door to the airport. I had a 5 minute walk which is incredible. The staff are very polite and very accommodating to my limited Italian. The food was excellent, and the wine was reasonable. I would DEFINITELY stay again.
