Worst place ever. Stay away, Dirty , no spa, not on beach. Elevator dont work , no hot water, AC dont work. You go to be a mountain goat to get to your room.

Lite nergånget och klen AC men jätte trevligt hotell. Stora rum med gott om plats, mysigt pool område, fantastiskt läge nära allt.

One of the worst hotels I have ever stayed in. 5 levels elevator broken. My wife in disabled and it was extremely difficult for her to go up and down 5 flights of stairs. Asked for ground level room, they said too bad. Padlocks instead if door keys. Sheets had holes in them. Bathtub, but handles removed so to couldn't use it. Cement floor with paint on it pealing off. Pool water always cloudy. I could go on but you get the idea...

Pros: Easy check in/out. We stayed 1 night on their apartment unit with enough space for a family of 7. Towels and toiletries were provided. Cons: Big cockroaches everywhere inside the unit. Receptionist gave us wrong WiFi password. It would be nice to have microwave or toaster since only 1 burner works on their gas range. We didn’t get the chance to see the amenities since their apartment units are separated from the main hotel building.

I had 5 good and relaxing days here at Tropicana. An amazing building with pool, outdoor gym. and a restaurant. The breakfast was a little overpriced but okay. The staff was super kind and always smiling and helpful.
