Hotel in general is quite outdated compared to the photos. Rooms need alot of work, no basic amenities in the rooms i.e plates, bowls, cutlery etc no microwave either. In the bathrooms no shampoo/conditioner/body wash which other hotels generally provide. Kids pool is quite seperate from the main/adult pools so you have to choose which one you want to be at for the day. Breakfast is quite underwhelming so don't expect much however, staff are very friendly and willing to go above and beyond should you need anything.

We stayed at the Harris hotel with 2 young children. Everyone was kind to us! The family room was good sized. The shower area was poorly designed though b 3 pools to access was good fun for them. The buffet breakfast offered many options for us,their iced coffee was very good. There is a small shop next door otherwise you must use taxi option. We would stay again 😊

Hotel is in terrible condition. Rooms definitely need an uplift and renovation.

The river is not that nice to look at due to the garbage and surrounding old buildings. Mosquitos all around so can’t leave your window/door open! We spent some time killing mosquitoes so we didn’t have to sleep with them feeding on us. The staff is super friendly and they have security at the entrance gate which adds some extra security. Room was spacious and breakfast buffet was great ! Bar was open for the swim up pool. Close enough to airport but not in walking distance to beach - approx 30mins

The property is quite old, though still in good condition. It needs a remodelling job. The buffet breakfast was not the best but ok.

The staff were great and amazing. Good buffet breakfast. There was no facilities that were mentioned. No child center, no working gym, the pool fence and tiles were all smashed so you wound cut all your feet or fall off a literal cliff side. Very run down hotel with great staff.

No complaints around the room, breakfast or staff. Advertised as having 3 pools and swim up bar, kids club, but only one pool currently operating and seats removed from swim up COFFEE bar. No alcohol available for sale within the hotel which was very disappointing and not stated anywhere within any advertisements.
