Staff was friendly and helpful! The room was clean...great shower with hot water and pressure. Fitness center was basic but clean with fresh towels and water. Pool was well maintained. Only downside was the surrounding neighborhood. No place to really walk and limited dining options.

It was a good location for Universal Studios and the local mall. We didn't really have that much interaction with the staff other than checking in and out. There is a parking fee.

We stayed here for a family event nearby. It’s conveniently located right near the 405 and 101. The hotel is also located on Ventrura so, unlike most parts of LA, you can actually walk around to bars and restaurants nearby. The staff were very nice and accommodating. Our room was clean and comfortable.

Everything was wonderful except the checking in process was not smooth, stayed 2 days, but our room would not work after the 1st day, very inconvenient.
