Clean good size room. In need of modernisation. Nice pool. Walking distance to the local mall. Staff helpful.

The checkin was terrible. No crowd control. The queue was spread over. People from behind were helped to checkin before us in queue. Took 2 hours to get the room. The floors in the rooms were so dusty not cleaned for a while looked like. Washroom shattaf was flimsy and not clean. Parking lots not marked so everyone parked wherever they wanted. Breakfast provided was so boring and not at all edible except the live egg counter. And not enough space in reception or restaurant. In short was a horrible mistake.

Whilst the staff were very polite and helpful, there were lots of long wait times for simple items such as an iron for the room, plates and bowls in the restaurant and drinks from the pool bar. Also, the facilities are outdated and in need of maintenance - the bath rail fell off on first use and when they moved us to a second room, one of the door handles fell off. The pool by the beach is very dirty - the furniture has not been cleaned or repaired in a long time. Finally, the food at the buffet is almost inedible. Overall, it is not worth the price and it is not good value for money.

Checked in with family for local staycation and eventually had to check out middle of the night when my wife found out a baby lizard next to the bead head.

Service was bad ! They never pick up the phone on the help desk … The food needs lots of improvements weather breakfast or dinner but the dinner was a disaster !!! The room is not clean, it needs deep cleaning to go back to a neutral place where later the normal cleaning is helpful. Also the flies - you need to find a way to maintain the pest control , flies in the room were too much ! Tooo much

The Stay was good but the check in was terrible. The hotel policy was 3pm check in and I went to check in at 5pm. The room was not ready and took 29 min for the process.
