Kudos to the staff for their excellent customer service! Just a heads up — the property is located in the Highlands of Camiguin, true to its name, and is surrounded by nature and forest scenery. Because of its secluded location, the atmosphere is very peaceful and quiet, which may appeal to guests looking for a more remote and tranquil stay.
For us personally, the setting felt a little too isolated and had an old, rustic charm that wasn’t quite our preference. The entrance and overall ambiance gave off a vintage mansion vibe, which some guests may actually find unique and charming. It’s not a bad hotel at all — it just wasn’t the right fit for our taste.

超赞 Very old no elevator, the bellman carried our suitcase up and down using stairs. No room service at all the reception disk are rude but the restaurant crew are very nice and accommodating they need to have a major renovation the coffee pot table have no electric outlet near by we need to bring the pot inside the bathroom to heat the water which unacceptable hygienic wise. They need to give us extension to charge our cp coz the room have no outlet near the side table which another unusual. Overall poor hotel accomodation with the price I paid.

The air conditioner didn’t work. It took several hours for anyone to come try to fix it. The room was dirty.
