哈尔莫尼耶罗酒店 (YELLO Hotel Harmoni Jakarta)

星级评定以住宿信息（酒店提供的服务及设施等）综合因素为准，仅供参考

The hotel was good. Breakfast was nice with a lot of choice. Bathroom needs attention, seals of the shower leaking and the towels need different cleaning process as they smelled of chemicals. Would recommend the hotel.

Very nice, clean, budget friendly hotel. Close to the park with National Monument. Highly recommended.

Sy heran untuk minta extra kunci ternyata harus bayar 300rb. bukan kah setiap tamu mendapat 2 kunci. tp sy hnya mendapat 1 kunci saja untuk 2 org. Not good, thanks

Everything else is good but needs to replace all worn out towels way too old already

Yes

Cleanliness = 9/10 Staff = 10/10 Amenities = 8/10 (there is no fridge, but a cooler), the toilet paper is terrible) Location = 8/10, there is some eateries at the lower floors and a convenient store.

Bed was covered but sheets dirty mold on wall Had to change rooms Lack of customer service

Funky decor, friendly staff, good breakfast, centrally located. Great base for a couple of days exploring Jakarta.

The hotel's design is quite interesting, something more modern and relaxed. However, it doesn't seem to be geared towards an international clientele. The staff barely spoke English, even at reception, and the security guards in the ground-floor lobby didn't speak a word, making it difficult to ask for information, even to order an Uber. Another thing: for a hotel that aims to be international, not paying attention to having universal outlets in the rooms is a childish mistake. Regarding the restroom, face towels and other amenities typical for a hotel that aims to be modern were not provided. The breakfast also doesn't offer what's called international coffee; the options seemed to me to be limited to local dishes and stews. In short, the hotel's architectural design is quite nice, but it doesn't cater to an international clientele; I see it more as a place for local service.

Отличный завтрак, чистота
