It was a very nice place to stay. I stay there for 8 nights and it was very helpful. The price is very accessible and there are severeal restaurants close by to enjoy amazing Japanese cuisine.

Room wax very clean. Hotel was couple minutes from Shinjuku station as well as shops all around. The staff were super friendly and the plus was they spoke very fluent English.

Everything clean and amazing. They provided clothes to change into, slippers, towels, toiletries and a locker available for you. The locker is a bit small so prepare to ask for extra storage or just plan on traveling a little lighter.

It was alright for what you pay. Beds and pillow are as hard as a rock though and there’s no ventilation in the pods so it gets super hot. There’s also no common area to chill or make food or tea which I found disappointing. Everything’s clean and well kept though and super close to train station so that was very handy.

The staff was very welcoming. At check in the lady noticed that I had a bare scrape on my elbow and offered me a band aid which I gladly accepted. The capsule and facilities were super clean.

The location is excellent. Just a few minutes away from the train station. The neighbourhood is safe and vibrant.

This property was immaculate and the staff are nice.

Wonderful location, friendly staff, clean and well-organized. However, neighbors were noisy, I had very poor sleep. This concept doesn’t work with all people, especially shallow sleepers like me.
