The staff were so kind and helpful. The hotel was quite comfortable and the breakfast was hearty. At the end of the hallway on each floor there are glass balconies where you have a 180 degree view of the River Clyde and the city. Wonderful place!!!

We enjoyed our 2-night stay very much! The staff was welcoming and helpful - they were attentive and patient every time we needed some help. They recommended a restaurant (per our request) within walking distance and it turned out really good. The hotel building looks great and is in a convenient location. There is no on-site parking but the NCP King Street car park across the street is available and easy. You pay the hotel front desk for car park at a discounted rate. You can use your car freely during the paid period. Our room was clean and of good size. It provided the space and furniture for a comfortable stay. The breakfast was good, too. We are quite happy with our experience. Besides, don't miss the view at the end of the hall way!

This Holiday Inn is an absolute gem! It is a very modern building and the facilities are excellent. The location adjacent to the River is perfect. The breakfasts were excellent. The staff first rate. The value was unequalled. What a nice, friendly, unpretentious, happy place to stay when visiting Glasgow!

My stay there was good and convenient for an event we were attending. I have some complaints. The shower was dangerous as the shower tray had a very slippery surface. This was dangerous. not just for me as an elderly person, but for anyone. The WC had no handrail so was also dangerous. You need to improve the accessibility of your rooms We had a nice evening meal but the breakfast food was not nice - it was obviously cheap and resembled hospital food, including the coffee. I was disappointed as I needed a good breakfast.
