伦敦市政厅丽亭酒店 (Park Plaza County Hall London)

Basically you are paying for the location which is great. Other than that this hotel does not have much to offer. No lobby, staff continuously busy and unwilling to help. Stay a little further away, close to a tube station and you will get much more for your money.

Everything was perfect, nice and clean hotel in an excellent location. The only issue was that the hotel was unable to save our luggage for a few night because of lack of space.

Best hotel I’ve stayed in the area!

Front of house staff were lovely and printed a document for me. Room clean and cool in very hot hot London. We would be very happy to return.

It was a great location, the room was clean and we has all we needed for a perfect few days, with the kids.

Originally booked twin room however at check in was given an upgrade. However the room only had one double bed and a sofa bed. We had unpacked and decided just to stay in our allocated room. We had to make up bed pillows were too soft and not much filling. No pillow cases or duvet Cover. My friend had disrupted and uncomfortable sleep both nights. Soap dispenser in bathroom near sink had not been refilled. We also hung up our towels to resume next but housekeeping had taken them away and replaced with new ones. Were not offered reward to reusing towels.

Was great!! Would definitely stay again

Hotel con muy buenas ubicación, excelente servicio . Volvería

Bad experience with bedroom

Bathroom water was not draining. Shower cold water did not work. Water was awfully hot with being able to cool the water. Rosie work required.
