The rooms were extremely huge with all facilities. The house keeping were always going extra mile to make us happy when we return back with small gestures like towel elephant, flowers , good night notes , complementary sweets on day of arrival and complementary chocolates on the day of check out. The food was also very good . Huge spread of breakfast and staff were very helpful and always smiling. Loved my stay in Grand Mercure bangkok Atrium.

Only stayed two days but hotel was very clean, staff was courteous and professional. I would recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a beautiful hotel that is also affordable. In

Had an amazing stay at Grand Mercure Bangkok Atrium! The breakfast spread was absolutely outstanding with a huge variety of delicious Indian as well as international cuisine. Every morning felt like a feast with so many fresh and tasty options to choose from. The staff was extremely warm, friendly, and always ready to help with a smile, making the entire experience even more memorable. Truly great hospitality and highly recommended for anyone visiting Bangkok!

Very nice property, very clean and excellent service. Great location and we really enjoyed the pool area.
