Room was spacious and clean, ac worked very well and wasnt too hot even with it off. Staff are amazing, very friendly, helpful and good with kids. The pools were not crowded and enjoyable spaces to relax and play. The breakfast is outstanding. Overall we had a great 2nd stay here and will come back again. Its close to shops restaurants and the beach and the shuttle service makes it convenient to get down the hill.

My partner and I stayed here for 10 nights and had the best time - we would love to come back! The room was very spacious and the bed was huge and comfy, they also had a mini fridge with 3 complimentary bottles of water a day, kettle and things for coffee and tea. The staff were very welcoming and friendly and went out of their way to provide a 5 star experience, especially in the restaurant and bar. I don’t know. The pool area is gorgeous with enough loungers and the hotel is conveniently located to shops, bars and the beach. It is also very well maintained and cleaned :)

Not on the beach as expected, the beach was a ahort shuttle ride or a 7 minute walk (with a steep hill that’ll warm up your calves real quick!). Property was great and lots of kids activities ( some free, some you had to pay for) My 5 year old loved it!

Best place to stay if you’re travelling with kids.

Clean room regularly and improve food options ant tastes

Good option if you go with family. Staff is very friendly and helpful, breakfast was complete with a lot of options. The only thing that I can minor complaint is that the gym was not good enough, its tiny and lack of equipment to train. Overall is highly recommended

As expected

We had an enjoyable stay at Novatel Kata Avista, Phuket. The staff were all very helpful and always friendly. The breakfast and dinner buffet were delicious. The negatives were that housekeeping often didn't clean our room until late in the day - inconvenient esp when you have kids and you want to settle down for the evening. Having said that - I did ask reception and they arranged for the room to be cleaned earlier the following day. I just feel it should be a given that rooms be cleaned by 2-3pm at the latest. Also, the hotel is located at the top of quite a steep hill - whilst it is walking distance to street food and markets, in the extreme heat, it makes for a challenging walk back to the hotel. The Kata Night Market was great!
