The gentleman who assisted me during check-in was exceptional. I believe his name was Joe or Joel, though I apologize if I have misremembered. This occurred on July 17th, at approximately 10:00 AM. His professionalism and courteous demeanor were greatly appreciated, and I am grateful for his kindness and assistance. If I stay here again I hope to be checked in by hope to be checked in by him again.

I did not like that the room doesn't have SMART TV or a refrigerator.

It was a girls trip and we had a great time at this hotel, Nathan, took care of us at the front desk and he was very helpful and resourceful. The valet parking was convenient but after two days of us staying there, when we got the car back my car smelled like Marihuana and I was disappointed because after we had such a great time this gave me a bad taste and I had to drive four hours back home and deep cleaned the car because I had asthma and other health problems. Very disappointed.

Was the worst vacation ever i couldn't sleep then I left the hotel at night to find somewhere else to avoid noise

Loved that it is located in the heart of south beach and i was able to find a comfortable price for my budget.

Wow . What a misleading ad for an awful structure . Only one positive ...location . Place is filthy , pool was not even swimmable as it was cloudy dirty . Not maintained , old rooms small as a bathroom . Dead during the day , slight vibrance at night but everyone looks as worn out as the hotel . AVOID

Second time staying. Loved it

The hotel is old but I think it can be better because it has potential due to its location. I was there for 5 days and not once my room was cleaned. Mind you when I checked in (Monday night)it was late in the day and the bathroom toilet was dirty. I didn't make a big deal because it was late and I assumed they'll clean it the following day. By Wednesday nobody had shown up to clean the room and replenish the towels or pick up the trash. I mentioned to the lady at the desk which I have no complaints about the staff everyone at the desk was friendly and willing to help and accommodate. She then sent someone to "clean" they showed up when I was getting ready to head out the beach so I told the girl to give me 10 min to get my stuff and leave. She agreed. When I came back 4 hours later my room was looking the same. On Thursday again someone showed up while I was getting ready and she came back later on. There was sand in the room from being at the beach so I was hoping they'll sweep at least all they did was change towels pick up the trash and made the bed. I honestly doubt were new sheets. Also the amenities mentioned on Expedia said that they'll offer coffee and pastries. There was a sad coffee machine and nothing else. I've seen better coffee stations a gas station. I'd love to say that I'll stay there again because the location but I don't think I will. But I appreciate the help from the staff at the front desk all of them were nice and helpful.
