It's in a great location with shops around, and just a short ride to Aeon mall. The beds were comfortable, and our room was clean, with an amazing view, which was the perfect start to our Cambodia journey. Our cats loved the view as well. Check in and out were effortless, and the staff, very courteous. The only negative thing about my experience had nothing to do with the hotel. It was whoever was in the room prior ignoring the two no smoking signs. One of the signs is literally on the door as you enter.

Dirty rooom smelt of cigarettes and the shower and soaps were terrible

All five rooms be booked smell like smoke even though theres no smoking signs everywhere.

They claim to be"minimalistic Nordic", but it's just cheap Ikea'ish furniture. Decent room with stunning view. Weird, new area with mostly Chinese shops. Filthy windows and big stain on the chair.

Great views over the water, especially at night. Turn-off was its upkeep and cleanliness. Though the hotel didn’t look old, it was quite worn. Cleanliness level wasn’t up to International standards, as under-sink floors weren’t cleaned, nor mirrors and glass.

“Clean” room with a permeating smell of old cigarettes in the room and sheets. Prostitutes outside of the building. Run down and dirty hallways entering to the room. Many other places to stay in Phnom Penh, would not stay here again.
