The room was great! Clean! The staff were very accommodating. They really extended themselves to help English speaking people. It’s so convenient for Osaka and kansai with the train steps away.

It was very convenient location, quiet, and the public bath was fantastic.

It was a lovely stay. Our room has everything we need and big bath is great. The breakfast was really amazing.

Location: Pro. 2 train stations (different lines) pass by the hotel. Many small shops and restaurants are withing walking distance. Con: Driving there is a bit difficult, and the secondary parking lot is about a 5 minute walk away from the hotel. Hotel: Pro. The restaurant was satisfying and not too overly priced. There is a public bathhouse on the first floor. It's very basic, so don't expect an "Onsen" experience. Staff is extremely friendly and helpful. Con. The beds are standard size, so if you are thinking of sharing a bed, get a larger bed or another bed. The room was a bit cramped, but ergonomic.

It was great.

We got the feeling this is more a business hotel than a tourist one because although we had a subway station around the corner, everything sight-seeing worthy was an hour away. That said, the hotel was very neat and spacious for Japan. The breakfast buffet was small but well stocked. The staff was very friendly as well.
