Great location, historic feel, loved the balcony

Clean, perfect location.

I had the best stay at this cute boutique hotel. It was in a great area close to so many Tapas places, stores and Plaza Mayor. My room and balcony were amazing. The bed and pillows were 15/10! I got the best sleep and the hotel was very quiet & peaceful. Staff was super friendly and accommodating. Will definitely be staying here again. 10/10

Excellent boutique hotel ideal for what we needed, a clean modern room set within an old historic building in a great location, staff are extremely friendly and welcoming.

Fab hotel in central Madrid. Can walk pretty much anywhere from the hotel, very helpful staff, clean and comfortable rooms.

Positives: - comfortable bed and bedding - great shower - large plush bath towels - great location Negatives: - the room feels very confining with windows that don't open and look onto another building just a few feet away - ground floor rooms get noise from the kitchen until about 11pm (though this was only on Friday and Saturday night, Sunday night was very quiet - there is an emergency light above the door in the room that stays on all night and throws quite a bit of light

The room was immaculate with a balcony overlooking the street. Powerful shower. All staff were extremely helpful and friendly and nothing was too much trouble. Excellent location.

Lively

Very loud.
