Rooms were very modern and clean. Staff very friendly and in a great location.

Room was reasonably sized and equipped with amenities (wish there was a microwave option and the TWG and Bacha coffees were a plus!). We traveled as a family with infant and staff were super attentive and friendly. Location was perfect close to all the main shops at Orchard.

Spotless room, housekeeping staff very friendly and helpful. All facilities are well maintained, I went to the pool and the gym, super clean. Prime locution for shopping but the surroundings are very quiet.

The stay was great, great location and hotel. However, the unexpected material charge for the bed for the children was dissapointing and the response to the query about this after booking for two adults and two children was really poor.

Loved it! Kid friendly and very accessible

Good kitchenette hotel on Orchard road attached to Paragon mall. However on 1 day of our 3 night stay, they were doing annual electric maintenance. It was not mentioned at booking or confirmation, only when we arrived. That meant no wifi, no AC and also intermittent elevator service (we were on 13th floor) from 10-17:00. When I contacted management regarding how inappropriate this was (I was charged full cost) the response was that they would pay for transport for me and my 2 young kids return trip. That’s it, no compensation, no apology - just that it’s annual maintenance and maybe it will come back earlier. That’s simply not acceptable at this price point. I need to work (wifi) and I also chose the hotel for its central location so my kids could nap/ get AC midday. I can’t recommend them at all. Many other hotels at this price point which provide excellent service
