Lovely hotel, in a residential location, 20 mins walk to the city. All the team are a credit to the hotel - a big thanks to Magda and Taya who changed our room, very much appreciated. Breakfast was wonderful, and varied - pool area was vey nice.

Really lovely hotel. We slept very well in the amazing bed and it was nice and quiet. The rooftop bar and pool are really cool, we only had a club sandwich from the menu there but that was good. Small problems - if you don’t get to the eggs quick in the morning they are cold, the pool is too warm to be refreshing, I never thought I would say that as I am a complete wimp getting into pools normally.

Nice modern hotel. Good breakfast. Great pool and bar area on the 6th floor. Perfect for evenings if not going out. Bit of a walk to the old town area but all downhill. Uber back!

The room was very clean. The very warm pool was nice to use every day and sometimes was busy but we usually found some time available. Breakfast was excellent and the staff are very attentive.

Very disappointed to have spent decent money staying at this hotel. I booked here because I had two very important meetings the next day and wanted to be rested and properly prepared. The room temperature was 24.8 degrees. I tried calling reception to get it sorted, but the room phone didn’t work properly. At 2am, sweating and stressed that I wasn’t going to be recovered or prepared for my meetings, I had to get changed and go down to reception. The guy on reception came up and tried to fix it, but nothing changed. They moved me to another room, which was 21.5 degrees, but it still wouldn’t get any cooler. It was an improvement, but still not good enough. I complained at reception and also wrote them an email afterwards, but received no response. I’m leaving this review now because I gave them the opportunity to fix the issue or offer some form of compensation, and they chose not to respond. Poor service

Rooms were modern and clean. Shower is in an unusual location, but worked well. The breakfast had great choices and the staff were excellent and attentive to clean plates and help serve specialty coffee. The rooftop pool was warm (Late April) and enjoyable after a good day of walking around Lisbon. We walked everywhere around the city centre from this location and it was situated close to a beautiful park. A shout out also to Helios Restaurant across the road for great service and good food.
