Very nice room in a quiet, upscale area of Rome. Easy walk to the Vatican and the river. Long walk or short metro ride to the heart of Rome. Good breakfast and friendly staff. There is no front desk and no employees on site during the evening and night time hours. You will be sharing the property with 4 or 5 other rooms. On the 3rd floor, but there is a small elevator. Easy walk to a lot of great restaurants.

First time staying here, and it was amazing. Host was amazing and communicative and made breakfast every morning. Rooms were clean and spacious. Our stay was amazing and would recommend everything is within walking distance. Vatican city is within a mile.

Clean room, friendly staff, quiet and safe place. Breakfast needs more options perhaps more fruit and pastries. Shower was tiny and hard to shower in.

An absolutely amazing location. Quiet room in a great old building, a few blocks from the Vatican and about a mile from most of Rome’s main attractions. I was very pleased.
