Entrada do local suja e mau indicada.

Hotel atendeu todas as expectativas. 30min.

一般 YOUR WEB SITE HAD WRONG CHECK IN TIME!!! So I took an early flight to get there before 11.00 as this was the latest check in time. Also I wanted a hotel room not a B & B

Trastevere is great place to stay as it is where you find the night life and great restaurants. My only issue was the service from the room. It wasn’t cleaned once in 3 days. We had to ask for towels the toilet seat was broken. I left a message and it was ignored. The staff that made breakfast were polite and nice. It wasn’t there fault that the owner didn’t care.
