I stayed there after breaking my ankle. I appreciated the ramp up the stairs to the elevator. It isn't big enough for a wheelchair. The lobby floor is slippery when it is wet so be sure to dry your crutches or cane before entering. Mexico City isn't built for people with accessibility issues. This hotel was better than some but not great.

Nice hotel close to palacio de bellas artes and to historic centre ,has decent restaurant -good breakfast at good prices ,very close to authentic Mexican restaurants and local eateries ,the only things -that sometimes internet was slow but overall k highly recommend ,good prices too
