Upgraded on arrival which was a lovely touch, overlooking the sea. There are 2 pools, one of which is very big and great for swimming or relaxing, open long hours. The bowling centre and entertainment complex adds something to do in the evening. The restaurant food was very good

People are friendly but the beach are very tiny spot, u can’t even swim but otherwise is very nice

Very tired basic rooms - brown marble etc not refreshed for I'd say 3 decades. Great location on the beach and nice swimming pool, but do not expect 4star feel - it's a bit grim and depressing. Same goes for the restaurants etc. Felt like being back in Saudi, and not the good bit. . Overall, if it was 50dollars I wouldnt moan, but at close to 150 it's a shock.

I wanted to take a moment to appreciate the wonderful experience I am having during my stay at Palma beach Resort and spa in Ummalquwin U.A.E
The hotel's environment is clean and well-maintained, making for a comfortable and relaxing stay. The service provided by staff has been exceptional—everyone is polite,management is good & professional, and attentive to guests' needs. such kind person and cooperate to me during my stayI would especially like to highlight the sea view area, which is truly breathtaking. The serene atmosphere and well-kept surroundings make it a perfect place to relax and enjoy the beauty of nature.

It is so quite , staff very helpful specially Mr Junaid
Unfortunately no alchohol , no bar , and no buffet breakfast on regular basis , normal days breakfast starts at 9am , nearest walkable bars are within 25 minutes
