A beautiful hotel located in downtown San Francisco. The room was spacious and comfortable, quiet with city views. The entrance and common areas are clean and beautiful. A great hotel

Awesome and we stay there consistently 👏

Breakfast spot was charming and efficient. Would have liked a bar area to watch games but other than that comfortable room in the heart of Nob Hill area.

Amazing stay had issues with the AC and wasn’t really happy about it

The hotel and our room was very clean. The room was comfortable. The staff was extremely helpful, attentive and caring. The Concierges were both so knowledgeable about the area and were able to suggest and make great recommendations. The location is very good right outside of Union square next to the Theatre section. Each hotel employee that we interacted with was so kind, helpful and went the extra mile for the guests. I would stay there again.

This is my second time staying at this property. I loved it the first time and I loved it even more this time. The room was a good size. The bathroom was clean and up to date. We were on the quieter side this time away from Geary. We didn’t use any of the amenities however my children did use the big chair in the lobby extensively. I also used the water station which was cold and filtered. We ate at Frederick’s several times throughout the stay for breakfast. The food is ok, my only complaint was the staff in the cafe, had they been the slightest bit more friendly, they may have gotten tipped.

The property was perfectly located near so many stores and restaurants. We felt save even when arriving late at night. The staff was amazing and housekeeping cleaned our room every day. We didn’t get to try the bar or the restaurant however both looked great, we just had other things on our itinerary. Will definitely stay again!
