Nice room and very friendly staff

We so enjoyed our stay at the Alba. Impeccable service from friendly & professional staff. A clean & comfortable room. Many eateries within walking distance. The ground floor cafe was great for a quick coffee/drink as well. Will book again when we're next in Hue.

This hotel is clean. Staff is helpful and friendly. Breakfast is good. We can enjoy the wonderful view from the 5th floor at breakfast.

Staff was simply amazing, very helpful and nice. Rooms are very clean and overall the hotel is very well maintained. The location is really good, you are about 7-10 mins walking distance from the citadel. Highly recommend

The staff throughout my time there was kind and courteous. All my needs where met and the stay was very enjoyable.

Very comfortable hotel with a good range of breakfast options. About a 10-15 minute walk to the main tourist area of shops and restaurants but we were grateful for this as it was quiet. About a 10 minute walk to the citadel. Would stay again.
