From the outside the appearance is somewhat nondescript and not hotel like. The rooms are excellent, all new furnishings and comfortable. The staff were particularly helpful and accommodating. They went out of their way to offer suggestions and assisted with a dinner delivery.
One suggestion is that the signs next to the non-working elevator do not give the guest any idea where to go to find the working elevator, The result is to search around the hallways until the elevator is found. It became easier to use the stairs.

The staff was very Nice, and Helpful. The Valet attendants were very polite and helpful. Easy to talk to and ask questions. The security officer was also helpful.
This hotel is near downtown Nashville, TN, and everything is within walking distance.
