巴布阿尔卡斯酒店 (Bab Al Qasr Hotel)

星级评定以住宿信息（酒店提供的服务及设施等）综合因素为准，仅供参考

The place was impeccable from the valet parking to reception staff were all extremely helpful. However we had issues with the WiFi and seeing as I had important meetings made it very difficult for me to join some of these meetings. The windows were dirty and that I think knocked some points off them.

All good. Bed were smaller than expected for our family of 4 but they made it up nicely with an extra bed

Very clean

Menu for breakfast was extensive, fresh and well presented. Anita was particularly attentive as were all the other wait staff and managers

Decent

Nothing can complaint about, all the way the best, staff are all so nice n helpful

My check in was significantly delayed past 3pm. I cut my foot on a sharp plug socket sticking out of the floor in my room.

Room quality

Staff making special effort in every situation, beautiful decorations and setting, perfect location, amazing views

There appeared to be a lack of updated communication on changes to booking made at the hotel. Sun beds around the pool were difficult to obtain after approx 10am as guests placed towels on beds, some of these were by children who never came out of the pool, they did not use them. This left many guests disappointed
