The staff were excellent They did everything for us to enjoy our stay in Bali. Yansu was exceptional with customer service

Ok but old. Probably lovely when it was built 75 years ago but now very tired. That was probably the last time the sink drain was cleaned, that also applies to the shower head. No hot water .the picture of the pool did not match reality, tiles coming off. Tv powered up but no channels so useless.

Good location. Near the mall, shops and the beach.

The property was located within easy walking distance to the beach and multiple eating options.

There staff are very helpful

Very run down and not clean. Had to ask for aircon to be cleaned . Had to ask for fresh towels and water. Toilet paper was also on request.

We had a nice stay in Puri Mango. The staff we helpful and friendly and the room was clean and comfortable. The deco is getting a little old but still loads of life yet.

Nice hotel in the north of Sanur near the beach and ICON Shopping Mall. The staff were all very friendly and helpful. I had a problem with a burst water pipe in my room at 0500hrs. It was dealt with very professionally and I got moved to a different room very quickly. I will definitely stay at this hotel again when I am in Sanur!
