Owner unhelpful, lots of hidden extras to pay for, room poorly equipped, so-called 'towels' were a joke, and the floor was dirty. To cap it off, the owner had only set up one double bed in the room when we had paid Eur 30 for an extra person in an extra bed. When I called them about it when we arrived, it took 15+ minutes to persuade them to rectify it.
Shame, because it is a nice villa in a handy location. Spoiled by a stingy and unhelpful owner.

The hotel was very clean with easy instructions for travelers. The bathroom was very large with convenient toiletries in the shower. The room was a great size for three people. The location was perfect for easy access to the airport. Plenty of parking for guest. There was a great area for sitting as well as a play area for children.

The price was right. Walking distance to air port if you are not doing a big bag drag. Organized pickup for airport day. I was not used to disposable towels. My room was cleaned when I was gone, and I was not expecting it. Everything was automated. Doors lights everything.

The inclusion of Hotel Shuttle terminology to/from nearby Marco Polo Airport is misleading. Yes, it says there are Transfers available, but normally when a property says the same it is normally inferred they are conducted by the Property and are complimentary. Just helping to arrange Taxi service should be referred to as airport transfers.

Use WhatsApp to communicate with staff after making your reservation. They will send you all details. Property was good for a short overnight prior to our morning flight departure.

一般 Check-in was too complicated and bureaucratic. It’s much easier elsewhere. But the accommodation was close to the airport, and it only took 25 minutes to get there. Everything else was also very good.
