Top secret place, nice pool and very quiet would stay there again

First of all this hotel is not on the beach . In presentation says that is on the beach what is totaly wrong . Not far from the beach ( only 50 m ) but not on the beach! Second of all and i think is a comon practice is related about breakfast . My booking was with breakfast included but when arive at proprety in stead of hello was a simple you have to pay for a breakfast . I was trying for 2 days to prove them that i was pay for breakfast but they was keep show me a email that says i dont have . I get tyred and i just have an amayzing breakfast at a local warung on the beach cause i didnt want to destroy my holiday for a breakfast . The room was mouldy ventilator broke bad small from shower and ac .... the good think at this location is a big room and a nice tv otherwise i would not recomanded . I was atach few photos with the exact location as well with the mould and also with the mail that i show it also to the manager but still continue to tell me i have no breakfast .

I loved the location of the property, right near the beach and some fantastic places like Potatohead and short walks to other cool places. Unfortunately no beach view. Breakfast was good and tasty but limited choices, still good, but other hotels have had buffet style breakfast. Lovely people, very clean, small grounds but very nicely looked after. comfortable bedding, great aircon. Need to provide water with turndown service, if only a small bottle for each guest. A little difficult to locate, driver became lost because 'maps' app on iphone chose wrong route. google maps was correct. accessible via Batu Belig. Mini mart very close by and atm also. place to go if you have done your shopping and just want to chill. relaxed vibe but still places around to party.

Hi Harmony Beach Suites, I think you need to change your staff especially your front desk. I don't think they would learn from training on how to smile and treat their guest well. We brought the super dirty and full of stain "new or unused" towel (we got from DAY 1 when we checked in) to the front desk and asked them a clean one, guess what happened? They were all (3 ladies were there) miserable, no one smiles, and one of them threw the towel on the ground! We were like, what's wrong with you???? They were all dense!

No lunch or dinner. Had difficult time. Average breakfast. Bathroom sink didnt drain water properly.

The hotel location could.not have been better suited for our us. It right across from the beach and close to various restaurants and mini markets (within 5 min walk). The staff were friendly and accommodating. The room itself was spacious, had a comfortable bed and consistent wifi and AC. Oh and providing water each day was a nice treat. The pool area had loungers to relax and was never crowded during our stay. Breakfast provided was delicious with various options to choose from. Wouldn't hesitate to stay here again!

Perfectly Located 50 meters from the beach, close to Tropicola, Potatohead and Seminyak Main Street. Hotel was pretty good for the money but our stay could have been better if staff weren’t so lazy. Also tried to rip us off and charge for breakfast that we had included on the deal. Made to feel like we had to eat out which in the end we preferred as the breakfast was average at best! Clean a

We chose this place as it was like a 5mins walk to W Bali hotel. Room stunk of mothballs-yuck however is nice and spacious. Staff were dissapointly rude,unhelpful and was never at the desk when you need them. We werent told where to have breakfast which was by the pool we went next door and got charged extra it was actually nicer going to the beach and having breakfast there. Make sure breakfast is booked with the hotel they even tried to trick me saying due to the price I paid it doesnt include breakfast even though it did a few guest had the same issue.

Average. Additional staff would benefit the service and more options for breakfast are a standard expected

Great location if you know the area. Close to beach and many new warungs and beach clubs. Good pool. Nice breakfast, nothing flash. Living area then seperate bedroom and the bathroom. Good wifi. Good tv channel selection. Best value in the area and I'm a Travel Agent and no this area well.
