Staff seemed pretty stressed and irritated but it may just have been a bad day. The rooms are tiny though and the pictures on the site seem to be taken to intentionally make it look bigger. It was fine for a cheap place near the airport but did feel mislead. I wish I hadn’t rushed to book the room and had read more reviews. Fine if you’re solo.

Very nice staff! Jolene accommodated our luggage storage so we could still roam around Zürich. Clean and well maintained too. Close to the airport. Breakfast was very good too! Highly recommended.

Staff not helpful,no explanation about the hotel,they don’t care at all gave the keys with no explanation on what to do they are concerned for your payment that’s it! Can’t refer this hotel to my friends ,very disappointed

Close to the airport by tram. Staff were friendly and accommodating. Note that you need a special Swiss plug for chary when staying there

Very easy (SHORT) walk to/from the circle line (from airport terminal). Flavored water by the check-in desk, take a glass or two for your room (one tall plastic glass is provided in the room). Appreciate the box for keys by the door for convenient checkout. Staff at front desk very courteous, friendly and efficient. Note - the Italian pizzeria place next door will serve you a drink before telling you that each person of your party must order a meal or they will not allow you to eat there. So our party of 2 (who don't care to overeat nor have leftovers when leaving to go home early in morning) had to get our ONE pizza to go... to eat in our hotel room (which was fine). So instead of perhaps selling us each another (overpriced) alcoholic beverage, we finished what we had and took our pizza to go.
