Very clean, well located, staff very helpful, and they run day tours from the villa if you intend on staying long. Decent snorkelling just off the beach too. A little loud re road traffic, but expect much the same for accommodation in the area.

Location and attentive and friendly staff

The location is unbeatable, it probably has the best view of Mount Agung in Amed. The room service could be better (when we arrived, the pillow covers are not replaced). The staff are friendly and helpful.

We really enjoyed staying here! Our first time in Amed, this was a great location! Snorkeling right out the front, with free snorkel hire from the hotel, Bobos next door with live music and great spot to watch the sunset. The breakfast was delicious here and the staff were so friendly. The only minor issue we had was the air-conditioner kept turning off in the middle of the night so we kept waking up hot, however I’m sure that will be attended to. Would stay here again!

Perfect position on the beach, wonderful snorkeling out the front door. Panorama room upstairs is the best choice.

Great experience. Room clean. Right on the beach . You can also csn snokel right infont the hotel and they give you fins and snokel at no extra cost.

The room is better than the pictures showing in the Internet. Really enjoyable.
