郊区套房酒店 (Suburban Studios Raleigh - Crabtree Valley)

星级评定以住宿信息（酒店提供的服务及设施等）综合因素为准，仅供参考

I couldn’t checkin since internet was down and told to find another hotel

Tub was dirty, there were roaches in the lobby and a very unpleasant smell in the room. There was no hand soap either.

The manager at the property was extremely helpful and had me move to a better room because I had a relatively small complaint that was addressed immediately. (The one room that I was staying in had blinds that were broken)

Functional. Could use paint. Cleaning of cigarette butts from stairs.

Staff very helpful. Rooms clean.

This was my 3rd time staying there. I would stay there again but it seems to be going down hill every time. The room could be cleaner , dust on top of frig, walls on bathroom need to be wiped down etc. Noting major . Like that I can get to the Crabtree greenway to run.

Roaches and coffee hour with no coffee

The staff was excellent - Professional & helpful start to finish. The property is lush & peacful. The guests are not clean & make it extra challenging for staff=unfair. It is impossible to teach everyone do not disrespect the property by improperly disposing of cigarette butts & garbage.

This place was exactly as described! Staff was very attentive and made sure my check in went smoothly! Will definitely be coming back!

Room was clean for the price it was good to stay. Door strip was damaged badly. Furniture had damages. Staff very good
