First thing first to make things clear for the future guest, the residence was managed by skye hotel and for check in you need to go there. Hotel staffs and residence Housekeeping staffs are very friendly and helpful. Room is clean enough given that the building is old. The only reason i gave 4 stars is due to location which is proned to very heavy traffic. Overall good place to stay for longer period as rooms included kitchenette, microwave and fridge.

We’re there for dr appo. The hospital was just a few min away, so convenient. There are a lot of street venders to choose from, and 7/11 is in the building too. The hotel didn’t have the hotel logo nor instruction on where to go for check in. (There’s an other hotel building with a different name, where we needed to go to check in.) That can be improved to make it easier for guests. Room was decent size with a good bed. The shower was our highlight, it had good hot water and great water pressure. Room had no windows so it felt depressing and outdated. They are trying to keep it up with cleanliness as we saw the pest control sign. As usual, the staff were very kind and patient.

Unbelievablely unprofessional! The booking was for Executive Suite, upon checking in, a rundown room away from the original hotel was issued which looks completely different from the picture with no wifi, landline not working, foul smelll and completely battered furnitures. When requested for a change, the hotel check-in staff said the Executive Suite already taken and only standard room available for the night without the slightest effort to offer any compensation!

This property Aspira? Not Sky Check Inn, no window dirty all over!

The room telephone is not working. The Wi-Fi is not working according to the said instructions but we need to find out how by ourselves. Not recommend
