This hotel had friendly and attentive staff with great amenities! Conveniently located less than a 10 minute walk from Akasaka Station it's a great place to stay!

The room was very clean and the staff were very helpful.

Bought breakfast based on the reviews. Breakfast was terrible = everything was cold = can't eat cold food. Not worth what we paid for it. 0

Tiny room. Temp control was poor in bedroom.

Lovely staff, convenient location depending on what your there for, small room basic but for the price it’s good

Horrible experience. Mattress was more like a piece of plywood. Absolutely no cush at all. Bathroom was so small that my legs hit the door when sitting on the toilet. Tokyo hotels are small, but APA Hotel has nothing like this. Slippers required an insole and smelled sweaty. This is the worst hotel I’ve experienced in Tokyo.

This hotel was good we used just to sleep because we were sightseeing Tokyo.

Great staff, nice breakfast buffet

This was our first hotel on our first trip to Japan. The staff was very kind and helpful. The breakfast buffet was simple and tasty. Also it was open very early which is helpful for tourists with early sleep schedules. The Subway is a 5 minute walk, and along the way are plenty of places to eat. The room was small but had everything we could ever need.
