Nice room with a lovely view from the Sky Villas. Let down with recurrent issues with food quality and service at all three restaurants that is below 3*.

What a gorgeous property we had a lovely time and enjoyed a cooking class amazing breakfast and very helpful staff.

The Six Senses Resort is beautiful, and we stayed there for a total of five nights. However, we were disappointed with the staff, especially during breakfast. We waited 40 minutes just for simple coffee, and the housekeeping staff often forgot to provide towels, clean cups, and refill hand wash and aloe vera. Although we enjoyed wonderful food throughout Bali, we found the dining experience at Six Senses to be lacking. The food was tasteless, and even the breakfast was unsatisfactory. While the property is stunning, I would not choose to stay here again.

For the price paid it was well overpriced. Room was dated, poolside beds were mucky, tearing at the seams. We thought Six Senses was a 5 star resort / brand but after staying in other 5 star hotels in Bali this was not comparable, at that price point here there are better places.

The overall stay was enjoyable because of the friendliness of the staff. However, everything was very run down. It looked pretty at first glance but you’ll notice everything is quite old and dated. For the price, def expected more
