Deep.cleaning in the room.and most especially the bathroom. The tub and the shower walls need to be scrub and disinfected thoroughly. We decided not to take a shower the next day. We use to love staying at Tiara when in Labuan. So shocked how the condition is with this hotel now. It pretty sad.

Tiara Labuan Hotel is the premier resort to stay at on Labuan. The entire property is gorgeous with a variety of gardens and restaurants. You are a 10 minute walk away from town or the Labuan War Cemetery, and just across the road is the peaceful Tiara Beach. I couldn't recommend this resort enough and can't wait to come back.

This is a hotel in a lovely setting but it’s dated. Clean and well maintained for the most part, just dated decor etc. Huge rooms. Comfy beds. Lovely gardens. Good pool. The service is incredibly slow and food very hit and miss. Staff are delightful just not dynamic! A useful daily drop off to the town/sights if you ask. Wifi works fine. Very close to the port and taxis are very cheap to get about.

I was on Labuan as part of my annual Anzac Day commemoration trip. l again stayed at the Tiara and as always, I thoroughly enjoyed my few days. The accommodation and food were excellent. The staff are all very attentive, enthusiastic and a credit to their employers. I am looking forward to my next visit in the near future.

The best hotel in Labuan. We've been staying there since 2014 everytime going to Labuan. The staff are friendly and the rooms are spacious. The swimming pool is also clean and have warmer. My kids love to swim there.

Great hotel on Labuan. Exceptional service and a very comfortable 4 night stay. Location is very convenient, good food options on site.

The Wi-Fi was hopeless, it cuts out for no reason just like the water in the shower it which would go from fire hose pressure to a dribble for no apparent reason and then fifteen-minutes later it would return. To get a signal to send a message you need to visit the lobby. This was the case in a superior room or in the apartments. If I hadn't paid in in advance for the hotel, I would have moved somewhere else. The staff were really nice however the property is in desperate need of a renovation, seems like its living on past glories.

The location of the property and staff are wonderful, however the owner should look into updating the property.

Nice and quiet hotel. Close to airport within 5 mins by car.

Heater not working, aircond not working, phone not working, made a complaint but front desk staff also not working (no response). Very bad service and run down place. Will not go again.
