孔敬查龙塔尼酒店 (Charoenthani Khonkaen Hotel)

星级评定以住宿信息（酒店提供的服务及设施等）综合因素为准，仅供参考

All good. This hotel is excellent value for money. A bit dated in need of sprucing up. Cleaned daily, towels changed, sheets changed and all bathroom items replenished daily. Staff very attentive and helpful. Breakfast selection very good and worth every penny. If in Khon Kaen again will definitely stay here

Very nice hotel

The hotel was very old and not well maintained. Pics online are certainly from the past bs today. Staff were friendly at check in but didn’t provide much information. Room Was fine but old hot water was either cold or burning in shower. Hot tub was very dirty and pool did not look much better. Sauna was very nice and location is great!

Very convenient and accessible

Good location, room is clean, parking is easy

Staff was extremely helpful and efficient…hot water was good in the morning but not quite hot enough for me in the evening…breakfast was typical and good with all options you would expect…there was a decent amount of night life for vendors and food etc within walking distance…overall a good value for the money

I love this hotel, very reasonably priced with excellent breakfast choice, room was nice and clean, peaceful and quiet, close to all the things I want, no complaints at all, would highly recommend this hotel to all…

The room was large and comfortable ---as was the bed in it. The aircon worked well. Check-in was friendly and efficient. BUT_______ THERE WAS NO HOT WATER IN THE BATHROOM!!!!! I stayed in this hotel because I knew that I could have a room with bath to relax in after a hard day's sightseeing. But when I turned the hot water on it was cold. I advised reception of the problem and they said they would have some-one check my room. I told them I thought it was not a tap problem but a boiler problem. Nothing happened and the water stayed cold for the 3 days of my stay there. I will want an assurance from the hotel that the problem is fixed before I stay there again.

Room badly neglected. Whole hotel once very proud and elegant now just a sad shell of its former glory . In urgent need of restoration. Would never stay there again

Yes the room and entire hotel is tired and in urgent need of major renovation.
