Room was huge and the mattress was first-rate. Staff were exceptionally helpful. The entire property was clean and well maintained. Breakfast was varied and delicious. It was just as advertised.

Very nice hotel good size room for 3 people. I’ve onsen. Only stayed one night. Should stay 2 nights I. The area

Meal was amazing!

clean, comfortable room with fast wifi, convenient parking right across the street. excellent water and great-ventilation in its onsen pools. friendly service and central location.

Food is good, staff are extremely friendly. Room is nice and clean. the only thing that I have to complain is the sound proofing from the window, I can clearly hear all noises from the outside even I close all the windows

My wife and I stayed 3 nights and enjoyed excellent food and private onsen. Each day chefs came up with different delicious menus with plenty of local flavors and impressed us with their creativities. No wonder the owner has been in the local authentic Japanese restaurant business for years I heard.

Nice clean hotel that is very deceiving from the outside. Excellent customer service and the private onsen was awesome. Room was huge, clean, and comfortable. Beppu Tower located directly across the street with dining options also within walking distance. Convenient parking one minute away in the outdoor parking for the mall next door.
