You pay for what you get. It's a small space but perfect for us as we really only need it for cleaning up and sleeping. Place is in a perfect location. Staff was nice to greet us.

It’s on the 10th floor of an old building, so it can be a bit tricky to find. We arrived during the daytime, which I would recommend, and didn’t have any problems locating it. It was a different experience, but I think that’s just part of Hong Kong, you’ll find all kinds of businesses in the same building, which was unusual to me. The room and bathroom were very small, but they were extremely clean. Great location.

Airconditioning was good and service was great

Simple but very clean, attentive staff, excellent housekeeping..perfect for those on a budget

Lots of shops nearby, very active neighborhood, but not exactly "family-friendly" as such.

The room was clean and spacious for 3 people. The only thing that was a bit inconvenient was the queue for the elevators. Certain elevators stops at a specific floor. Although there were few elevators that service the building, there's never a moment where there is no queue. It can be annoying but I guess this is normal for apartment buildings in Hongkong.

Room was very much what we expected and needed. Front desk staff was very helpful in storing our luggage as we arrived in the morning. Check-in and check-out was very smooth and easy. Super nice staff. Hot water was great. We had A/C but didn't actually use it because of the nice temperatures at the time. Nice hot water/tea station in the shared area. Lots of toiletries, towels, etc. A very nice stay overall and I would recommend this place for a good central stay in Kowloon.

Very confusing to find the hotel initially with entrance on 14th floor and only certain elevators accessing that floor. No signage on outside of building or first floor. After that not too bad of a room but very basic.

Staff was great, easy to get to everything. Clean room.
