Thank you for your desk service! The student assistants were wonderful! The gentlemen who assisted with luggage were life svers! The restaurant; food, staff and quality/price was very enjoyable being steps away from the lobby. I wish had stayed longer, Thank you, Rollin

Staffs are nice and accommodating.

Staff are very accommodating and nice.

Breakfast was good, clean room and courteous staff

Great staff. Room needs dehumidifiar.

Shampoo and lotion were not filled

Amazing staff, took care of me to supply a vegan breakfast for me. I am very satisfied :) The shower was dirty and the stream of water was weak. But I give the highest rate to the hotel because of the superb staff

Great transportation options, close to downtown.

Convenient location. Close to transport options.

Well-cleaned, excellent and quick service, good breakfast (wish there were more vegetarian options but it's the Philippines so expected). Unfortunately quite a few insects got in, like previous reviews have mentioned. And the location could be a bit better but that wasn't a big deal.
