Upon arrival I just got handed my key and not offered help with my luggage until i prompted. Then I was not shown to my room. Which i thought was rude. To then have the main shower head not working (room 607). Then in the morning I had breakfast in the room only to have out and of date butter with it. This is by far the poorest service Iv had from the hotel as Iv been many times and hence my returns it’s always been of great service and I recommend it a lot but from this most recent experience I’m very disappointed and wouldn't return let alone recommend it.

Lovely room -spacious, clean, well equipped. Housekeeping quick to top up coffee etc on request. Discrete but attentive service all through the hotel staff. Doorman quick to offer and supply umbrella when needed. Food excellent and service impeccable.
