We reserved a deluxe King room, which clearly shows a pull out couch and nice sized room in the room description, which also states the room sleeps 4 people. We were given a small room with one King bed. When we asked to switch rooms we were given a tiny room with two full sized beds. The room reeked of cigarette smoke, had old yellow tobacco dripping down the bathroom wall, had dirty floors, and a bathroom door that had to be forced open and closed because of the drag on the floor, and a lock that didn’t work.

I didn’t like the staff yelling at the housekeeper in front of everybody that was pretty downgrading. I didn’t appreciate that. I won’t stay there again. The room was way too small and that’s what I have to say about that.
