It is located across the international airport terminal 3; takes only about 10 minutes to walk via the walkway called Runway Manila which makes it ideal for a tourist who wants to save money; about 105 dollars if you take a Grab transpo. Yes, location wise, it is convenient. And yes, condo is an okay, but there were random couple of roaches. Everything else was basic and sofa bed was not really comfortable. For a single night, probably it was okay for the price, but if you are looking for a comfortable stay, maybe choose some other neighboring proper hotels. I booked an extended stay for one other condo room under same owner/host, the room had lingering pee smell which made it impossible to occupy. Upon checking in the room, someone was doing his laundry inside. So my son who was supposed to use it, just left the room empty. That was a bit disappointing.

Very nice unit, nice and safe building in a safe area short walking distance from airport easily accessible by pedestrian footbridge from terminal 3. Host is reliable and helpful, very convenient for short stays if traveling, but would have gladly stayed for longer.

Ok for a one night stay. Address listed is not specific to building(wing) location, as they might have multiple properties around 4 towers.

Ok for a one night stay

I am trying not to be too negative as T and T is a bit of pot luck as to what you get. Positives i have experienced so far are : good aircon, fridge, Grest price, walking distance from T3.

Room needs some upgrades. Stove all rusty, vent fan not working. Microwave needs to be replaced. It is rusty inside.

The bathroom sink’s drain is not working and a dead and alive roach are present. We have to ask for a towel and toilet paper.
