Great location

Great place. Convenient and spacious

Great 2 bedroom (plus queen pull-out in the living room) allowed everyone to have their own room. There was an unused twin bed as well. The location was convenient to walk from the castle to the duomo but also very close to the metro. Would definitely stay here again if we ever go back to Milan. Only downside was hotels.com advertised a washer but the apartment didn't have one.

This property has lots of space. Two good sized bedrooms, a living room with a dining table, and a full kitchen including a real refrigerator and and a range with an oven. It is located on a nice street within walking distance of the main square and other attractions. Check in was confusing. It states that the address is Corso Garibaldi 12, unit 64. Actually it is located at Corso Garibaldi 64. This caused a lot of inconvenience as it was a very hot day, well over 90 degrees, and we had been traveling for several hours already. Once we got in, the thermostat was set to 29 Celsius, equivalent to 84 Fahrenheit. The AC took a long time to cool things down. Not only that, it had a setting built in to return to 29 after 30 minutes. I eventually figured out how to change the settings. The walls are very thin. You can hear the conversations of neighbors clearly. The beds are set low to the floor, and the mattresses are thin and firm, though I slept well and wasn't achy in the morning. What you are getting is a lot of room and amenities and a good location. What you are not getting is hotel-like convenience. It's a trade off and you have to decide if the benefits outweigh the annoyances.

Check in was terrible. Took 20 minutes for the host’s colleague to help us open the door and we had to wait in the heat outside with nowhere to sit. Hung up on me too. Then it took another 10 minutes to open the door because there was no key. When it came time to starting laundry there was no detergent then it took 30 min for them to bring it. The laundry machine then barely dried my clothes and the host didn’t provide sufficient guidance or instructions on how to use it. The water pressure on the bathroom sink is also too strong and we couldn’t use it. No conditioner provided. Only 3 in 1 soap.

Communication was smooth. Larger than we thought. Would be perfect for 4. No laundry in our unit when expedia listing lead us to believe there would. Double check with company if that is priority. Excellent location for night life. Easy access to trains and walk ability 10/10. 3rd floor with elevator.

Good location and nice interior. Only drawback is located on a busy street so noisy late and early in the morning.

Good location, smaller than the pictures but not very good communication with host and we had a privacy issue.

The place was colder than outside with the AC heat on.Heating wasn’t working well.
